TIP: How to Weld Aluminum Alloy Profiles
1. Tungsten Argon Arc Welding

3. Pulse TIG Welding
Pulse TIG welding improves stability during the welding process. You can adjust the parameters to control the arc power and weld formation. It results in minimal deformation and a small heat-affected zone, making it perfect for welding thin plates and materials like forged aluminum and duralumin.
4. Friction Stir Welding
Friction stir welding is commonly used for aluminum alloy and magnesium alloy, as well as other lightweight metals. It is different from fusion welding because it works at a lower temperature, avoiding issues like cracks and pores.
