The tensile strength is 205Mpa, yield strength is 180Mpa and hardness is not less than 11.5HW, elongation is percentage 8.
T5 is natural cooling, deformation coefficient is small, easy to be control, hardness in general, almost all doors and windows and other profiles will choose T5.
T6 is water-cooled, thickness is thin with opening profiles in the water will be deformed, deformation coefficient is larger, not easy to control, but high hardness.
The difference between the T5 and T6 for the 6063 aluminum alloy is not obvious, the main difference is reflected in the mechanical properties.
